DEKALB CORN CHIX SORGHUM Ag Advertising John F Klein Ackley IA 1956-57 Memo Book Fair vintage condition, top edge of cover and first is torn / frayed, wear to corners and edges, very clean inside no writing or marks, inside is calendar for 1956 -1957. Front outside cover features flying corn Dekalb logo with ribbon that reads "The Name of Fame in Corn, Chix, and Sorghum". Front is stamped "0744 John F. Klein", this came to me in a lot of Ackley, Iowa ag items, and I believe he was a dealer in Ackley, although it is not marked Ackley. Measures 5-1/2" tall by 3" wide, would fit right in the breast pocket of your farm shirt!Great piece of local ag feed and seed dealership history from the heart of farm country in Iowa!This item ships via USPS First Class.
